Door Shell Fabrication Steel sheets are precisely cut and bent using CNC machines.
Honeycomb Core Insertion: A fire-retardant honeycomb structure is inserted and pressure-bonded between door skins.
Edge Sealing and Stiffeners Edge stiffeners and hinge reinforcements are welded and sealed.
Finishing & Surface Coating Doors are finished with powder coating or PU paint in desired colors or textures.
